Podrían mejorar en mantenimiento, y si hay una atracción de visitas ( gruta de las Maravillas) como mínimo, no informar al cliente que está cerrada por lluvia intensa, cuando no es cierto

En un fin de semana lluvioso teníamos mucha ilusión por utilizar los servicios de spa y nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando nos dijeron que estaba cerrado por mantenimiento. Creo que el spa es un reclamo del hotel y nos ha decepcionado un poco.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta para las vistas del pueblo. Eso sí , hay que coger el coche para bajar al pueblo si luego no quieres subir cuestas Como todos los Barceló, buen desayuno, habitaciones amplias y buena calidad en general
